Delve · Sovereign AI Analytics

Most tools stop at the SQL. Delve starts there.

Anyone on your team asks a question in plain English. Delve’s AI agents write the query, run it, and do the part that actually matters — the cohort matrix, the significance test, the reason the number moved. And none of it ever leaves your network.

01 · ASK
“Did the March cohort retain better?”
02 · QUERY
SELECT … GROUP BY cohort_month
03 · ANALYSE
retention, month by month
04 · TEST
significance check · p = 0.03
05 · ANSWER
“Yes — and it’s not chance.”

Most “chat with your data” tools stop after step 02. Steps 03–05 are the product.

A working analyst’s toolkit, driven by conversation

The agent decides what a question needs, runs it, checks it, and explains what came back.

Analysis, not just queries

Most tools stop at generating the SQL. Delve runs a team of AI agents that keep going — the analysis an analyst would actually do.

Ask in plain English

  • Natural-language questions — no SQL
  • Agents write SQL, Cypher or pipelines
  • Queries that self-heal on failure
  • Live, step-by-step reasoning

The business questions

  • Cohort retention & funnels
  • Attribution & segmentation
  • Forecasting & trend decomposition
  • Scenario & Monte-Carlo what-if

Anomaly explanation

  • Detects the unusual
  • Explains which dimensions drove it
  • Proactive insight discovery
  • Charts generated automatically
Ask it like this

One question. A team of agents on it.

Real questions from real teams — and the work Delve does between the question and the answer.

Finance

“Why did Q3 margin drop in APAC?”

  • 01Joins orders, costs & FX tables
  • 02Decomposes the trend by dimension
  • 03Significance-tests the driver
Freight costs on two SKUs explain 84% of the drop — and it’s not seasonal.
Growth

“Did the March cohort retain better?”

  • 01Builds the cohort retention matrix
  • 02Runs the significance check
  • 03Charts the divergence point
Yes — +6.2pp at month 3, p = 0.03. The onboarding change is working.
Operations

“Tell me if failed payments spike.”

  • 01Creates a metric alert from chat
  • 02Watches the number on schedule
  • 03Emails the digest with context
Alert armed — you’ll get the anomaly, the driver dimensions and a chart.
People

“Is attrition even across departments?”

  • 01Computes group outcome rates
  • 02Applies the four-fifths rule
  • 03Flags disparate-impact ratios
One org unit fails the four-fifths test — reviewer-ready numbers attached.
Visualization built in

It doesn’t return a table. It returns the picture.

Every answer arrives already visualized — 29 chart types, from cohort heatmaps to waterfalls, sankeys and candlesticks, picked by the agent to fit the data.

The agent picks the chart

It reads the shape of the result — time series, composition, distribution — and chooses the visual that fits. You never pick from a chart menu.

Anomalies marked automatically

When the analysis detects outliers, they’re flagged directly on the line — with the dimensions that drove them.

Forecasts with honest uncertainty

Projections render with confidence bands, not a single overconfident line — and land on dashboards you can pin and share.

Read-only by architecture

Delve cannot write to your databases.

Not “shouldn’t” — cannot. Generated SQL is parsed and rejected unless it is a read, and graph queries run in a server-enforced read-only session, so the database itself refuses a write even if everything above it were compromised.

The data you can’t send to the cloud is exactly the data worth asking.

Delve is for organisations whose data is too sensitive to send somewhere else — and too valuable to leave unqueried. See it run inside your own network.
